These granola bars have become a staple in our house. We make these probably every other baking day (baking day happens once a week as part of our weekly rhythm) and they keep great when wrapped and fridged for grabbing on the go snacks or to pair with yogurt and fruit for breakfast.
When I found this recipe I think I waited about two weeks before making them. For some reason they looked complicated. turns out , the opposite was true-I can pretty much whip these up with my eyes closed, or at the very least without a recipe.
